These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sg8 online casino platform. By registering an account or using any part of the sg8 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

To create an sg8 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. sg8 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on sg8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sg8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. sg8 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify sg8 immediately through the 24/7 live chat support channel. sg8 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
sg8 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. sg8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC requirements are not met within a specified timeframe.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sg8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to the player prior to application. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
All financial transactions on sg8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sg8 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on sg8 is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. sg8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. sg8 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the player's name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. sg8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at any given time. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
sg8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the sg8 account. sg8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. sg8 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
sg8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balances. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. sg8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.
sg8 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension:
sg8's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 of these Terms.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time physical game mechanics conducted by live dealers. sg8 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, sg8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid out. sg8 will communicate any such decisions to affected players promptly.
sg8 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's end during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing real money play. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side issue attributable to sg8, the platform will take reasonable steps to restore the player's position or refund the affected wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg8 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
sg8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their sg8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sg8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sg8 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sg8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
sg8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on sg8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sg8 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

sg8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sg8 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, sg8 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including both real money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach (for example, in cases of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse).
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms – for example, at the player's own request or due to a business decision by sg8 – any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your sg8 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the sg8 platform, you should first contact the sg8 support team via 24/7 live chat. sg8 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with sg8's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
sg8 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process. The decision of PAGCOR in any regulatory dispute shall be final and binding on sg8, subject to any applicable legal rights of appeal.
Players are reminded that online casino gaming involves financial risk and that losses incurred through legitimate gameplay are not grounds for a dispute. sg8 will not refund losses arising from normal gameplay outcomes.
sg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sg8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
